I grew up in Fribourg, Switzerland. There was no fixed plan for my life — I was simply drawn onward early. Working as a flight attendant for Swissair took me away from Fribourg to Zurich. Only later did I decide to study law.
My path then took me much further afield: through my work with the International Committee of the Red Cross, I spent time in places including Afghanistan and the Central African Republic.
Road cycling had already been part of my life for years by then — long before the mountains came into it. After I returned to Switzerland, my partner introduced me to climbing and the mountains, and an early curiosity grew into a lasting passion alongside cycling.
Professionally, my path eventually led to entrepreneurship. As Managing Partner and Co-Founder, I helped build Peak Compliance AG from the ground up.
Today, work, mountains, road cycling and travel are all part of my life — alongside the time I spend with my partner and Luna.

Luna was never part of our holiday plans. We travelled to Spain as two – and came home as three.
She already had a life behind her and, like so many dogs, was simply looking for a place where she could stay. Since then, she has become part of our life – in the mountains, in the snow, on the road and at home.
For me, the message is simple: adopt, don’t shop. Countless dogs are waiting for a second chance and a family. Adopting a dog does not only change their life – it changes yours as well.
And perhaps the most beautiful part is watching uncertainty slowly turn into trust, and seeing a dog begin to enjoy a second life as if it had always belonged there. Witnessing that joy every day is something very special.

In my work, I want to understand complex regulatory questions quickly, reduce them to what really matters and develop solutions that are technically sound and work in practice. I am interested not only in the regulatory requirement itself, but also in the business model and the people behind it.
As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Peak Compliance AG, I bring this standard into our day-to-day work. At Peak Compliance, we deliberately do not work with one-size-fits-all solutions. We take the time to understand each client, their organisation, business model and specific risks. Our aim is to develop solutions that are precise, pragmatic and tailored to the individual client – while keeping the collaboration fast and straightforward.
Peak Compliance provides compliance and risk management services to portfolio managers and managers of collective assets in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
